Wear Resistant Rubber Material Components
The use of rubber as a wear resistant material in
mining minerals and in aggregate processing has been around for
over 30 years. Wear resistant rubber has become a preferred material for industrial
uses for its resistance to abrasion and corrosion, largely due to
great strides in the development of new rubber compounds.
Longwear Rubber Mill Liners are an efficient and economical lining
material. Our special compounds are extremely elastic and have high
tensile strength. It is the combination of these two characteristics
that make our rubber so resistant to abrasive wear. Elasticity allows
rubber to deform under particle impact and return to its original
contour. High tensile strength prevents tearing. In case after case
rubber has lasted many times longer than steel on abrasive surfaces.
Longwear rubber mill liners are the most versatile wear resistant linings available.
We design and manufacture linings for autogenous and semi-autogenous
mills, primary, secondary and re-grind ball and rod mills. Our range
includes:
Mill
